We design and manufacture the industry's broadest line of KVM products, from KVM switches through
KVM Extenders to PC keyboard encoders. All our products are designed and manufactured in the US and carry a three-year limited warranty, 30 day satisfaction guarantee, and a lifetime
of technical support.

Our company:

Vetra Systems' headquarters and manufacturing facility are located in Hauppauge, NY, which is the preeminent technology center for the New York area. All corporate, sales, support, engineering, and manufacturing operations are carried out under one roof. This infrastructure allows us the ability to respond rapidly to the requirements of our customers, resellers, and distributors.

Vetra employs a well educated and knowledgeable sales and service team committed to providing accurate, up-to-date information and support across our entire product line. We do not use voice mail. When you call with an inquiry, you will get an answer, directly, and on the spot. Vetra Systems is also committed to the quality of it's products. We manufacture our products to the highest quality standards and all our products pass FCC and CE certification.

Our state of the art manufacturing facility contains a full-service electronics production floor, as well as in-house shops for the fabrication of metal parts, painting, and silk-screening. Maintaining these processes in house permits tighter quality control while reducing the long lead-time associated with procuring these services from third party vendors.

Our technology:

At the core of all Vetra products is our advanced Phantom™ keyboard and mouse emulation technology, developed through years of intensive R&D effort. It is designed to provide all the responses required by the connected PCs and devices, including support for all three PC keyboard scan code sets with full back link. All video products employ dedicated active circuitry to ensure minimal signal loss and noise free switching and operation. This allows Vetra products to operate with the widest range of keyboards, mice, monitors and PCs on the market today. Vetra's R&D efforts never cease as we strive to keep up with the latest advances in keyboard, mouse and video technology.

All Vetra hardware platforms employ individual, dedicated microprocessors for each connected PC, which provide seamless operation with all operating systems and applications. In addition, wherever possible, Vetra products are powered by the connected PC(s) to ensure reliable service and eliminate the problems associated with providing local AC connections and the down time resulting from loss of power or power supply failure.

The flexibility of our hardware platforms allows them to be easily adapted and modified and we welcome the opportunity to provide solutions to your custom requirements and applications.

Vetra Systems also manufactures some unique PC productivity and safe-computing devices such as Programmable keypads, which can help in streamlining data entry operations, and Programmable foot-operated Keyboard / Mouse button Encoders, which were designed as an aid in reducing the incidence of RSIs (Repetitive Stress Injuries). RSIs remain among the most costly and debilitating of injuries in the workplace today.
