What are the criteria for becoming a Reseller:

We define a reseller as a company or individual that purchases goods with the intention of onselling them rather than consuming or using them as a component part of product. One example of a Reseller would be an online KVM products website, where they sell various manufacturers KVM products, in whole and unaltered, to their customers.

Another example of a reseller would be a company that performs outsourced purchasing for other companies. Company A wants to acquire a Vetra product and contacts it's outsourced purchasing reseller to procure it for them. The reseller buys the product from Vetra and passes it on, in whole and unaltered, to Company A.

A Company does not qualify as a Reseller if it is using our product as a component part of their product. An example of this would be using a Vetra video splitter to display information to two monitors in a machine that fastens lids to cans, or some other form of industrial machine. Vetra Systems retains the right to decline any reseller registration.

In all cases, your company must have a website that accurately portraits the business your company is engaged in and your website's URL must be provided on the online reseller registration form.
